Ecap City Return Policy?
ECAPCITY has a strict no return or exchange policy due to health and sanitary reasons. All sales are final. If the wrong item or size is received, contact info@Ecapcity.com for return instructions.
For returns or exchanges, follow these steps:
- Package the item in the original packaging. Hats must be in a box large enough to avoid crushing. Beanies are the only exception.
- Include a copy of the original receipt.
- Include a detailed note explaining the request for a refund or exchange.
- Ship the merchandise to ECAPCITY Return Goods, 974 Teaneck Rd, Teaneck NJ 07666 using USPS First Class or Priority Mail if the package is too heavy for First Class.
International return & exchange shipping is no longer offered as of February 1, 2019. ECAPCITY does not ship to Canada currently.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts are the buyer's responsibility if the recipient is absent, the address is incorrect/incomplete, or the courier cannot access the delivery location. ECAPCITY is not responsible for lost packages signed for by someone other than the buyer.
